MINDFULNESS is the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. MBSR is an evidenced-based program originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn & taught by qualified MBSR teachers.

Session 6, Tuesday, February 16 6 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
All-day session, Saturday, February 20 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Course cost: $475.00—includes practice recordings, written instruction, and a certificate of completion.

As course registration is limited to 20 participants, a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee is required to ensure that space is available for those who are able to commit to participating in the MBSR course at this time. This fee will be applied to your registration.
