44-26 BOARD OF HEALTH MANUAL
MOTION:
THAT the Board of Health approve the Manual as presented on this date;
THAT the Board of Health adopt the amendments to the following bylaws:
- By-Law 04-88 concerning proceedings of the Board of Health
- By-law 01-93 concerning signing authorities and financial matters
AND THAT the Board of Health adopt new titles (subject
) for each By-Law as outlined in the Briefing Note.
