Food literacy and skills

Food literacy knowledge and skills help people take care of themselves and others. This skillset helps people make food choices that support their health and well-being in their home, at school, at work, and during other activities.

Group sessions are a great way to help people build food literacy skills. To help you teach others, we offer train-the-trainer sessions. This training can be adjusted to fit the needs of your group or focus on specific topics. You’ll learn how to plan, organize, and lead fun and helpful sessions with confidence.

To further support your food literacy journey, we’ve created a comprehensive toolbox filled with practical resources and tools to help you facilitate your own sessions following your training experience.
