Can I get a record of my immunizations (vaccinations) from the Health Unit?

Yes. If you reported your immunizations to the Health Unit, we will have a record on file. We can give you a copy of your records at no cost. If you got immunized at a Health Unit clinic, we will have a record on file for that immunization.

How to update or access your records

Important: Health care providers do not automatically report your immunizations to the Health Unit: it is the patient’s responsibility.
