Talking Saves Lives

Help break the shame, stigma and silence that affects nearly 1 million Canadians living with a diagnosed eating disorder and the millions of others who are struggling with food and weight preoccupation.

Parents and Caregivers are invited  to join us for an evening with Dr. Adèle Robinson, Ph. D., C. Psych., and learn more about:

  • Ÿ why talking really does save lives—the health implications of emotion avoidance
  • Ÿ the difference between normal and disordered eating
  • Ÿ the unintended consequences associated with the campaign to end obesity
  • Ÿ what you can do to prevent eating disorders in children and youth

Session is FREE.
