Public Health’s Client Service Standards
Public Health Sudbury & Districts (Public Health) recognizes the importance of providing quality services to communities, clients, and partners.
Our Client Service Standards reflect our commitment to deliver a high level of performance under normal circumstances where our expected resources are available. Special circumstances where regular service standards would not apply include, for example, holidays, natural disasters, or emergencies.

- Programs and services grounded and informed by reliable, best available research and evidence.

Clients can expect:
