Rabies is a disease caused by a virus that attacks the central nervous systems (brain and spinal cord) of warm-blooded animals.

Protect your pets – protect yourself. Have your pet vaccinated and reduce the possibility of rabies transmission. Public Health Sudbury & Districts provides updates on the current status of rabies in our area and throughout Ontario.
