To: Health Care Provider Vaccine Recipients in Sudbury & Districts

FOR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION

Limited vaccine availability August 4 to August 9, 2022

Public Health Sudbury & Districts distributes publicly funded vaccines to approved Health Care Providers on a routine basis to protect the health of citizens living in the districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin.

A disruption of service is scheduled on August 4, 2022 to August 9, 2022. Health Care Providers will not be able to access Public Health Sudbury & Districts, 1300 Paris street, to pick up vaccine orders. To ensure adequate stock for your clinics, please submit vaccine orders by end of day July 29, 2022 for pick up no later than August 3, 2022. A limited amount of stock for all routine and high-risk vaccines will be available during this period. Regular pick-up schedule resumes on August 10, 2022.

COVID-19 vaccine orders and deliveries are not affected by this disruption.

Note: Mindemoya, Espanola and Chapleau offices can still pick-up orders, although limited quantities may be in effect.

We will continue to provide timely and transparent updates to the community; we ask you to continue to be patient and flexible.

Sincerely,
